Hotels
We will assign the hotel rooms based on the preferences you have already submitted. In May, you will receive the payment links directly from the hotels via email.
Shuttles
We are pleased to offer shuttle transfers between the airport and your hotel on Thursday 3rd of September for arrivals and Sunday 6th of September for departures. If you plan to arrive or depart on any other dates, we kindly ask you to arrange your own transfer between the airport and your hotel.
Shuttle services will also be provided between the hotels and the wedding events. The exact shuttle schedule will be announced at a later stage. The Wedding Schedule will be updated accordingly so that it always reflects the most current shuttle times.

Florence Airport (Amerigo Vespucci)
We will provide shuttle transfers between Florence Airport and your hotel on 3rd of September for arrivals and on 6th of September for departures. If you are planning to arrive or depart on any other dates, we kindly ask you to organise your own transfer between the airport and your hotel. In case you would like to drive yourself, Florence Airport offers plenty of rental car companies.

For the love of our little ones, we kindly request an adult only wedding celebration for all of the events at the Castello di Vicarello. If you need assistance for extra rooms for your Nanny or support to find someone, please contact our Wedding Planner Nicole at nicole@isabelmerfort.de
